  • We apply a minimum order fee of £5.00 to any order placed below £5.00 gross.
  • Free delivery is available on all items over £200. Next business day delivery is available on ALL items at a cost of £15.00. Our standard 3-5 days delivery service costs £10.00 irrespective of size, weight or order value.
  • We only supply equipment to UK to businesses, corporations, government bodies, registered charities, educational, leisure, entertainment and medical establishments.
  • If you intend to reclaim the purchase cost from your organisation, then we can accept payment by personal debit/credit card, provided you complete the account form with the registered address that your payment card statements are sent to. Note! We can only ship goods to this address.
  • If you purchase goods by registering as a business but are in fact are a private individual, then you waive the right to protection afforded to a private individual under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
